The Security and Reliability Council met on 20 March 2015 to discuss winter 2014 grid emergencies, the 12 November 2013 AUFLS event, the work of the Quality of Supply and Incentives Working Group, industry arrangements for system restoration (including black start), the National Winter Group's 2015 report, the system operator's annual assessment of security of supply and the Authority's review of the system operator's performance for 2013-14.
