The MDAG continued considering the problem definition for the Review of spot market trading conduct provisions, and met with guests from Bell Gully to discuss the relevance of trading conduct regimes in various jurisdictions and markets. The group then considered cross-submissions on its Saves and win-backs issues paper, before Luke Blincoe from Electric Kiwi joined via video-conference to discuss data in the issues paper.
