The MDAG continued to consider the problem definition for the Review of spot market trading conduct provisions. In particular, the MDAG met with guests from the Financial Markets Authority and OM Financial to discuss trading conduct (and its regulation) in other markets.
We have published the papers, including the minutes, from the Market Development Advisory Group (MDAG) meeting held on 26 June 2018.
