Reconciliation participant workshop
We are holding a workshop on 20 November 2019 in Wellington to update participants on the review of the ICP switch processes.
The Electricity Authority has been reviewing the ICP switch processes, and is recommending change to these processes to make the switching processes more efficient.
A consultation document is expected to be released in late October 2019.
On 20 November 2019 we will be holding a workshop to update you on this consultation and to walk participants through the issues and options consultation paper. We intend to discuss each of the issues, and each of the multiple options that exist that will either partly fix, or fully fix each issue. There are specific advantages and disadvantages for each of the options discussed. Some of the options involve significant change to market processes.
An outline agenda of some of the topics is below. A more detailed agenda will be provided shortly.
