The data used in the enquiry is confidential, as it concerns the operation of individual generating plant. As such, we have published a high-level description of the analysis and the overall results.

The enquiry looked at the correlation between the use of the offer revision rule and the spot price. The objective was to determine whether use of the offer revision rule was correlated with the spot price, thereby suggesting economic motives for withdrawing plant. The enquiry did not find any evidence this is occurring.
