In the report we emphasised (in section 4.3) that there appeared to be some confusion regarding the operation of the Emergency Management Policy (EMP) and the Security of Supply Information and Forecasting Policy (SoSFIP).
Paragraph 4.3.11 of the report noted that the System Operator intended to provide us with a letter explaining its position on these matters.
