October 2012 Issues Paper: Modelling Workshop
We held a modelling workshop about its TPM proposal on Tuesday, 4 December 2012 in Auckland.
The workshop consisted of two sessions:
- details of the TPM proposal including the SPD method, design issues and RCPI application; and
- direct incidence of charges and generator pass through.
