We welcome Transpower’s operational review, as it may produce early benefits for consumers. It could allow several proposals that have been identified by the Authority as part of its TPM review to be progressed more quickly than they could be under the Authority’s own review. Transpower has said it expects its operational review to result in moderate and incremental changes and to be complementary to the Authority’s TPM Guidelines review.
