Recommending class exemptions for specified meter owners and small scale distributed generators
The Electricity Industry Act 2010 requires all participants to register with the Authority. We consider there are two cases where participant registration is of no benefit to the Authority or the consumer. We propose recommending class exemptions to cover two classes of participants from having to register with the Authority.
