Minor Code amendments

We consulted on four proposed Code amendments intended to clarify certain operational obligations. We decided to complete three of these amendments, related to information being provided by the clearing manager and reconciliation manager. The Electricity Industry Participation (Information Flows) Code Amendment 2013 came into effect on 13 June 2013.

We decided not to pursue the fourth proposed amendment, related to the definition of a retailer for the purposes of the customer compensation scheme, while we investigated the issue further.
