Market enhancement omnibus
From time to time there will be minor enhancements that are needed to improve efficiency or to ensure the integrity of the Code. These will require either an issues paper to initiate discussion or Code amendment. The Market enhancements omnibus is the Authority's vehicle for these minor consultations.
As part of our refreshed 2018/19 work programme, we are coordinating the consultation processes for more minor projects into an omnibus series. By coordinating the consultation process for these types of projects, we hope to progress minor market enhancements faster and more efficiently. We expect to release an omnibus consultation in around August/September and March/April each year.
We have released the first market enhancements omnibus. The Market enhancement omnibus one: September 2018 contains four papers.
