This consultation seeks feedback on changes to the FTR Allocation Plan submitted by the FTR manager to the Authority on 6 May 2016 in order to:
- consider the hub requirements of potential FTR traders that are not FTR participants.
- have regard to the Authority’s existing work plan and available appropriations
