Equal Access

This project is a result of the enabling mass participation (EMP) project.  Submissions on this project gave a clear indication that there was low confidence in the current equal access framework.  These submissions were credible and well-founded enough to warrant further investigation into Equal Access.  On 6 November 2017 the Authority requested that the Innovation and Participation Advisory Group add the Equal Access project into their 2017/18 work programme.
