Equal Access

The IPAG meet with a new chairman (John Hancock). The IPAG identified 4 broad areas of interests that  if unaddressed, could hinder improving equal access arrangements, having particular regard to the promotion of the Authority’s statutory objective.

The IPAG heard from guest speakers about the Equal access project, and continued to consider the preliminary problem definition.

The IPAG received presentations on Equal Access. Specifically on matters associated with the functioning of the existing access arrangements to distribution and transmission networks. The group then began considering a preliminary problem definition.
