The Security and Reliability Council met on 21 October 2014 and discussed a risk framework for industry reliability, the National Winter Group’s reporting and the system operator’s annual self-review of its performance. The SRC subsequently wrote to the Authority Board with some advice arising from its discussion on the 5 October 2014 Penrose substation event
