Enforcement policy
Our enforcement policy describes the Authority’s approach to enforcing breaches of the Code by industry participants and the Authority, outlines our enforcement options, and makes transparent the factors that the Authority will take into account when deciding which enforcement option to use.
The enforcement policy has been formed by updating and amalgamating our Compliance Philosophy, Operating Procedures for Processing Alleged Breaches of the Code, and the Guidelines for Monitoring and Enforcing Alleged Breaches by the Authority.
