Section 6A.8 Directors reporting compliance with arm's-length rules
Section 6A.8 of Part 6A of the Electricity Industry Participation Code 2010 states that each year each director of a business to which the arm's-length rules apply must provide a statement confirming whether the director has complied with all arm's-length rules.
The Authority publicises these statements in sub-folders below.
The Authority has a standard statement template to provide this information to the Authority.
