Section 6A.7 of Part 6A of the Code - Disclosure of Information to the Authority
Section 6A.7 of Part 6A of the Electricity Industry Participation Code 2010 states that every director of a distributor referred to in section 6A.4(1) of Part 6A must ensure that the distributor discloses the quantity of electricity sold each financial year by connected retailers to customers who are connected to its local network.
The Authority has a standard certificate template to provide this information.
