The Electricity Industry Act 2010 allows us to amend the Code and sets out the process we must follow.
This section contains information about the Electricity Industry Act 2010 (Act) under which we are set up.
We were established by the government in 2010 under the Act to oversee the governance and operation of New Zealand’s electricity market.
The Act allows us to amend the Code and sets the process we must follow.
