Publication of EIPCA (Default Distribution Agreement) 2020

On 20 July 2020 the Electricity Industry Participation Code Amendment (Default Distributor Agreement) 2020, will come into force.
The amendment relates to Parts 1,11,12A and 14 of the Code.

The Authority has received an appeal against its decision to publish new guidelines and a process for the development of a new proposed TPM. Interested parties are directed to the Notice of Appeal and Memorandum of Counsel and its attachment available here.
