The Authority has commenced investigations into the following alleged breaches of the Code:
- Energy Clearing House Limited as the clearing manager alleged that Auckland Commercial Solar Limited failed to provide minimum security by the 4.00pm deadline to the clearing manager on two occasions (8 May 2019 and 4 June 2019) under clause 14A.6(2) of the Code.
- For the 2019/20 annual outage plan, covering the period 1 July 2019 to 30 June 2020, Transpower completed its proposed outage plan by 31 January 2019, but did not publish it. Transpower provided the proposed plan to some but not all participants.
Participants who consider they are affected by the above matters that are being investigated may join as a party to the relevant investigation. To join an investigation, participants should notify the investigator no later than Wednesday, 28 August 2019.
