Update to policy statement consultation paper

The system operator has proposed further changes to the policy statement that is currently out for consultation. The update relates to the credible events listed under clause 12.4 and is attached as Appendix D to the consultation paper. The changes aren’t material, and aim to improve clarity.

The policy statement plays a key role in the set of Electricity Industry Participation Code 2010 (Code) provisions, contracts, and other arrangements that collectively deliver common quality and orderly system operation.

Submissions close at 5pm on Friday, 9 November 2018.

Call for nominations for IPAG membership

The Authority is calling for nominations for a member of the IPAG. In addition to the skills and experience generally required of IPAG members, we are particularly interested in nominations from people with experience in digital and technological innovation and strategy.

We are aiming to appoint the new member to IPAG in December 2018 to complete a term ending in September 2020.

More details, including the nomination form, the charter, and the terms of reference for the advisory groups, are available on our website.

Nominations close at 5pm on Tuesday, 30 October.
