MoU with the Ministry of Business, Innovation and Employment

The Authority and the Ministry of Business, Innovation and Employment (MBIE) signed a Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) on 19 September 2014.  The MoU replaces and updates the previous MoUs the Authority had with the Ministry of Economic Development and the Ministry of Consumer Affairs, as they are now both part of MBIE.

The MoU helps clarify border issues between MBIE and the Authority, to remove potential confusion for stakeholders.
