Proposed amendments to Information System Definition

 
 
The Authority is consulting on proposed amendments to the Information System Definition (ISD). The proposed amendments include updating the ISD to reflect changes made to the Electricity Industry Participation Code 2010 since the Authority last reviewed the ISD, and providing for changes that will be required as a result of the Electricity Industry Participation (Settlement and Prudential Security) Code Amendment 2013 coming into force on 24 March 2015. 

Submissions on the proposed amendments to the ISD are due by 5pm on Tuesday, 28 October 2014.

Summary of submissions on connection charges
The Authority has published the summary of submissions for the consultation on the connection charges working paper.


Revised summary of submissions on cost-benefit analysis
The Authority has published a revised summary of submissions for the consultation on cost-benefit analysis.  This replaces the earlier summary that was withdrawn because it did not accurately capture and characterise material from some submissions.

The Authority has published a revised summary of submissions for the consultation on sunk costs.  This replaces the earlier summary that was withdrawn because it did not accurately capture and characterise material from some submissions.

Code Amendment

 
 

The Electricity Industry Participation Code Amendment (Minor Code Amendments) (No 2) 2014 came into force on 19 September 2014.

This amendment made changes to Clauses 14.36 and 15.29.
