Call for nominations for Standing Data Formats Group

 
 

The Authority is calling for nominations to fill one vacancy in the Standing Data Formats Group (SDFG). The Authority will accept nominations for a distributor representative. The SDFG is the technical group that manages changes to the electricity information exchange protocols, which enable the low-cost exchange of standardised information between participants.

Nominations with ‘Nomination for SDFG’ in the subject line should be emailed to marketoperations@ea.govt.nz by 5.00pm on Friday 2 May 2014.

Exemption granted by Authority

 
 

The Authority has granted Transpower NZ Limited an exemption (No. 194) from compliance with clause 12.15(1) of the Code.  On Thursday the Authority will publish the Gazette notice, including reasons for approval, on the exemptions page of its website.

MPT profile code removed

 
 

The market administrator advises that profile code MPT (Stream Information: Vodafone Mobile Phone Transmitter/Receivers) will be removed as a profile code from the start of trading period 1, on 1 May 2014, at the request of the profile owner.  Any participant using this profile must make alternative arrangements prior to the end of trading period 48 on 30 April 2014.
