2012/13 Appropriations consultation and Path to CRE planning
As part of the annual planning process, the Authority and the Energy Efficiency and Conservation Authority (EECA) are required to consult levy payers on their proposed levy-funded appropriations for the coming year, and consultation for 2012/13 appropriations is to be undertaken jointly with EECA.
The joint consultation paper is expected to be published on 28 November 2011, with submissions closing on 6 January 2012.
The Authority will also consult on its work priorities, which for the coming year will include the Draft Path to CRE work programme and business-as-usual activities. EECA will also consult on its proposed electricity efficiency programmes.
Submissions are to be sent separately to the Authority and EECA on their respective appropriation and work programme information. Each organisation will use the results of this consultation process to provide input for the Treasury-led Estimates of Appropriations (Government Budget) and their Statements of Intent, which are published the day after Budget day.
