Summary of Rio Tinto agreements

Following consultation with the parties to the Rio Tinto agreements, the Authority has prepared a revised summary of the cumulative effect of the Rio Tinto agreements.

The revised summary describes how the Rio Tinto agreements may affect each Rio Tinto party's ability to comply with clause 7.2 or 7.11, or Parts 8, 12 or 13 of the Electricity Industry Participation Code, and is available at:

At the recent demand–side bidding and forecasting (DSBF) implementation forum, participants were requested to provide the Authority with the contact details of their DSBF Implementation Project representative(s) by 4 November 2011.
