The security of supply arrangements that related to the Electricity Commission are set out in the Electricity Governance (Security of Supply) Regulations 2008 and Electricity Governance (Security of Supply) Amendment Regulations 2009.
These arrangements have been superseded by the Electricity Industry Participation Code 2010.
