Archive - Under-frequency management - AUFLS
A sub-project of the “Under-frequency management” project that reviewed the technical arrangements for the procurement or mandating of products that are used for the management of under-frequency events on the power system.
This has been replaced by “Efficient procurement of extended reserve” project.
The System Operator has carried out a multi-stage technical evaluation of the Automatic Under-Frequency Load Shedding (AUFLS) requirements for the power system and the Authority is progressing with the related procurement work.
