This Statement of Performance Expectations (SPE) outlines our plan for the 2022/23 financial year. It includes information about our programmes and business-as-usual functions, as well as our forecast financial statements.

The SPE is complemented by our Statement of Intent 2021-2025 (SOI), published in June 2021, which sets out our long-term strategic intentions for a four-year period.

The 2022/23 SPE has been informed by:

  • our strategic framework
  • our key market development activities
  • submissions we received on the consultation for our 2022/23 appropriations
  • responses we received in our annual surveys.

We also publish our key strategic activities in our Annual Corporate Plan, setting out our planned activities for 2022/23 that promote our strategic priorities, address regulatory risks and harms, and deliver sector outcomes.
