Professor Ingo Vogelsang (Boston University) was hosted in New Zealand by the Electricity Authority and Commerce Commission. He delivered a stakeholder lecture on February 12 2015 reflecting on whether the telecommunications industry could provide a model for deregulation in electricity industry.
