Consultations on undesirable trading situations
Under Part 5 of the Electricity Industry Participation Code 2010, the Authority is responsible for investigating any suspected or anticipated undesirable trading situations (UTS).
As part of that process we will normally consult participants on draft UTS decisions and on proposed actions to correct a UTS.
