Vision and values
Our vision is to be a world-class regulator. To realise this ambitious goal, we have an in-house programme called path to world-class (P2WC) that directs our development.
All staff were involved in the development of a set of values to guide the way we go about our work and the way we interact with stakeholders and with each other.
We talk about our values, we recognise them and we reward those who behave in a way that reflects them. Our values are not just up on the wall - they are the way we go about what we do.
